On the occasion of NATO Day, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan sent a message reaffirming Romania's commitment to the North Atlantic Alliance, emphasizing that it represents security, stability, and trust. Celebrating 22 years since Romania joined NATO, Bolojan highlighted the importance of solidarity among member states to effectively respond to current security challenges. He stated that Romania takes on its responsibilities as a member, contributing to collective security and maintaining an active presence alongside allies. The Prime Minister assured that Romania will continue to invest in defense and modernize its Army, thereby strengthening its role on the Eastern Flank. In conclusion, Bolojan thanked all those who contribute to strengthening Romania's role in NATO, wishing "Happy Anniversary!" to both Romanians and the Alliance.
