The National Trade Union Bloc (BNS) has proposed amendments to the Labor Code to protect employees and strengthen social dialogue. Among the proposed amendments is the granting of a 25% night work bonus or the reduction of night working hours, as well as the establishment of vacation leave through negotiation. BNS emphasizes that working hours and work norms cannot be unilaterally set by the employer, but must be collectively negotiated. Additionally, it is proposed to maintain the principle that the employer cannot unilaterally change the essential elements of the employment relationship, and that changes should only be made through collective negotiation. BNS also calls for alignment of provisions with the Social Dialogue Law to ensure the representativeness of trade union organizations. These amendments are intended to strengthen social dialogue and protect employees' rights, preventing abuses.
