Independent candidate for the Capital City Hall, Anca Alexandrescu: "In fact, Nicușor Dan was defeated. This is just the beginning."

The independent candidate for the Capital City Hall, Anca Alexandrescu, declared on Sunday evening that the true loser of the elections in Bucharest is President Nicușor Dan.

"I believe that today in Bucharest, after months of mandate, it was actually Nicușor Dan who was defeated. I think this is the public message we need to convey (...) I feel very sorry that not all sovereignists understood that elections are won in the streets and at the polls, not by standing in front of computers or in front of the television. This is just the beginning. No, I will not take George Simion's place, I have no such thoughts. I intend to continue on this path of sovereignty, it is something I have declared for many years. I want to tell you one more thing: one of my main missions from now on will be to convince people that the power is in their hands, that their vote matters," said Anca Alexandrescu at the AUR headquarters.
