PSD Deputy Adrian Câciu apologized on Tuesday evening, for the behavior towards PNL Senator Gabriela Horga, during the debates in the joint budget-finance committees regarding the state budget law for 2026.

"I want to take this moment to apologize to my colleague, Mrs. Gabriela Horga, for the outburst earlier today. I want to say that I regret it and it is not what characterizes me. It was a slip-up following those accusations that we are liars and irresponsible. But even so, I should not have had this attitude," said Adrian Câciu
