The new ordinance on PNRR projects will allow ministries to submit, within 15 days, lists of projects with progress below 30% that can be completed by August 31, 2026. This will ensure transparency in the management of European funds, providing details on costs, risks and the schedule of works. Pîslaru emphasizes the importance of this measure for the good management of public money and the efficient use of non-reimbursable funds. In September, a public dashboard will be available with information on all implemented projects.
