The Ploiești Court of Appeal will hear on Tuesday three other cases seeking the annulment of CCR's judgment No. 32, which annulled the 2024 presidential elections. The court has previously suspended the ruling and is now considering the citizens' requests. The Public Prosecutor's Office has also appealed against the decision, and the SCM has referred the case to the Judicial Inspection for possible disciplinary misconduct. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is not final, but suspends the effects of the CCR decision until the final ruling.
