The Constitutional Court will not decide on Wednesday regarding the referral of the High Court of Cassation and Justice related to the law on service pensions for magistrates, postponing the ruling for two weeks due to the complexity of the case. The High Court contests the project based on several legal principles, including the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary. Meanwhile, magistrates have suspended their activities as a form of protest. The adopted project provides for pensions of up to 70% of the net salary and retirement at 64 years after 10 years of service.
