The new model, dubbed the Oakley Meta HSTN (pronounced 'how-stuhn'), is aimed at sports activities, with a starting price of $499. Similar to Ray-Ban's Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses, Oakley's version is equipped with a front-facing camera, open sound speakers and built-in microphones. Once paired with a smartphone, the glasses can play music or podcasts, take calls and interact with the Meta AI virtual assistant.
