He stated that Ukraine is ready to share the experience gained in the four years of war to help the nations that have supported it.

Zelensky emphasized that Russia continues its attacks on Ukraine's infrastructure and highlighted the importance of focusing defense services. He also pointed out the necessity for Europe to enhance and develop its air defense capabilities, both against drones and ballistic missiles, to protect its territory. During the winter, Russia launched a significant number of attacks on Ukraine, calling for closer international cooperation in the field of defense.
