Volodimir Zelensky will be received by Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace in the run-up to the Paris security summit, which brings together countries offering security guarantees to Ukraine. Macron will emphasize France's commitment to support Ukraine militarily and financially. The summit will aim to increase short-term military support, strengthen the Ukrainian army and finalize security guarantees. Over 20 EU and NATO countries, including Romania, will take part in the talks.
