After Russia's massive attacks on Kyiv, President Volodymyr Zelensky criticized the management of the capital's energy infrastructure protection, emphasizing that he is not satisfied with the current situation. The recent attack damaged a thermal power plant and left parts of the city without electricity. Zelensky mentioned that the problems are not limited to air defense and hinted at Mayor Vitali Klitschko, with whom he has a tense relationship. DTEK's thermal power plants have been targeted by over 200 attacks since the beginning of the invasion.
