In a video message, Zelensky stated that Russia is using its 'shadow fleet' not only to transport oil but also to undermine European stability through drone attacks. Although Russia denies any involvement, Ukraine has observed drones in several European countries. Zelensky called on international partners to respond to Russia's actions, emphasizing that they will not go unanswered. Ukraine continues to defend itself against Russian aggression, benefiting from military support from the West.
