Speaking at the Three Seas Initiative summit, Zelenski said there must be no territorial concessions to end the war with Russia. He stressed the importance of European unity and pressure on Moscow to achieve an unconditional ceasefire. Zelenski warned that Russia could launch new attacks under the pretext of military exercises in Belarus and called for continued support from international partners. He insisted that Russia must take the first step to end the conflict.
