<p>Following a deadly attack by Russia, Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski has announced a reorganization of the army aimed at keeping the focus on combat. Maj. Gen. Mykhailo Drapatyi, who resigned as commander of the Ground Forces, has now been appointed commander of the Joint Forces, devoting himself exclusively to the front line. Another officer will take over the Land Forces, with responsibilities for training and recruitment.
