A 38-year-old woman, initially arrested in connection with the investigation into the Louvre heist, has been released under judicial supervision by the Court of Appeal in Paris. She was arrested at the end of October and charged with complicity in organized theft and conspiracy to commit a crime. She is the partner of a 37-year-old man, suspected of being one of the four perpetrators of the heist on October 19, which had an estimated loot of 88 million euros. So far, three suspects remain in custody, and the stolen jewelry, part of the French heritage, has not been recovered. The Minister of the Interior stated that there is still one suspect to be found, as well as potential masterminds of the heist.
