US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff is visiting Moscow for the third time to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin at the request of Donald Trump. Trump expresses his frustration at the lack of progress in talks for a truce in the war between Russia and Ukraine. If no agreement is reached, Trump could impose additional sanctions on Russia. Although Ukraine has accepted the ceasefire proposal, Russia has brought new demands, including lifting US sanctions.
