Volodimir Z., a Ukrainian diving instructor, was detained in Poland following a European arrest warrant issued by German prosecutors. He is suspected of having placed explosives on the Nord Stream pipelines in 2022, causing significant damage. Although the warrant was issued in June 2022, Polish authorities did not initially detain him, as the man lived near Warsaw. President Zelensky denied any involvement of the Ukrainian government in the attacks.
