Six people were killed and four injured, including a child, in a Ukrainian missile attack in the Belgorod region, Russia.

Local authorities in Belgorod, Russia, reported on Monday that civilians were killed in a rocket attack launched by Ukraine in the locality of Koloskovo, located about 15 kilometers from the border. The regional governor, Aleksandr Shuvaev, announced that among the injured is a child.

This incident comes amid an escalation of attacks between Ukraine and Russia, which have led to an increasing number of civilian casualties, nearly four and a half years since the beginning of the conflict. Additionally, on Sunday, a wave of drones in Russia caused 12 deaths, and Russian attacks in Ukraine have resulted in fatalities.
