President Trump claims, in front of his generals, that he would have humiliated President Putin: "You know, you wouldn't do well. Are you a paper tiger?"

The President of the USA, Donald Trump, spoke on Tuesday at the meeting with American generals in Quantico, Virginia, about one of his discussions with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, during which he told the Kremlin leader that he is not able to win the war in Ukraine.

"I told him: 'You know, you're not doing well. You've been fighting for four years in a war that should have lasted a week. Are you a paper tiger?'
