On Saturday morning, a van drove into a crowd in Evreux, France, resulting in one person dead and five injured, two of whom are in critical condition. Prosecutors have opened an investigation for murder and attempted murder, ruling out terrorist or racist motives. The incident occurred after a altercation at a bar, and a man has been detained for deliberately driving the vehicle into the crowd.
