According to estimates from experts cited by the Financial Times, the United States has spent approximately 30 billion dollars on the war with Iran.

Elaine McCusker, a senior researcher at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), stated that, starting from February 28, the cost of the military campaign against Iran has ranged between 22.3 and 31 billion dollars. Official figures also indicate that 13 American soldiers have been killed and over 300 have been injured in this conflict. Regarding the costs of materials, experts note that the total includes between 2 and 3.6 billion dollars for the replacement and repair of military equipment and hardware. Among the most expensive projects are the repair of the aircraft carrier Gerald Ford after a fire and the repair of the early warning system against missiles in Qatar, damaged by Iranian drones. The expenses also included the replacement of the Boeing E-3 Sentry early warning aircraft, valued at approximately 700 million dollars, and the repair of two ground radars in Jordan and Qatar, costing 485 million dollars. A fighter-bomber F-15 Eagle, shot down over Iranian territory, was valued at approximately 100 million dollars. The American pilot was rescued later during a ground operation by Delta Forces and the U.S. Navy SEALs. Iran reported the destruction of over 10 reconnaissance and attack MQ-9 Reaper drones, each valued at approximately 16 million dollars.
