Dmitri P., a Russian oligarch with Romanian citizenship, has requested protection in Italy, fearing for his life and comparing himself to Alexei Navalny. At the age of 50, he is the founder of a law firm in Russia and has been involved in the circles of the Russian elite, having knowledge about the methods by which the Kremlin circumvents international sanctions.

After coming into conflict with the interests of the Kremlin, he began to be subjected to pressures, including assassination attempts on his collaborators. Dmitri P. has turned to the International Criminal Courts, which deal with the protection of lawyers and Russian dissidents in Europe, as part of the Free Volga operation. In exchange for protection, he is willing to provide valuable information about the Kremlin's strategies.
