Britain, France and Germany discussed the possible resumption of sanctions against Iran on Tuesday at Germany's UN Mission to the United Nations in ambassadorial-level talks. The topic was also discussed in a Monday phone call between US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the three countries' foreign ministers, according to two US officials.
