The Kremlin confirms that the USA informed Russia about the discussions with Ukraine in Florida

The Kremlin announced that the United States informed Russia about the results of the discussions with the Ukrainian delegation, held on Saturday in Florida. Yuri Ushakov, the advisor for international affairs of the Russian presidency, stated that Russia was not involved in the preparation of an agreement to resolve the conflict.

The Kremlin's spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, confirmed that Moscow maintains contacts with Washington, appreciating the American efforts to create favorable conditions for resolving the conflict. Meanwhile, a Ukrainian delegation discussed with White House officials to continue peace negotiations, in the context where President Zelensky emphasizes the importance of understanding Russia's position regarding an end to the war. The trilateral negotiations with Russia, mediated by the U.S., have been suspended due to the conflict in Iran, and Zelensky seeks to keep attention on the situation in Ukraine.
