The conflict between Israel and the Hezbollah group escalated on Thursday, marking the fourth day of confrontations.

Israeli forces carried out airstrikes on Hezbollah strongholds in southern Beirut, and images transmitted by AFPTV show smoke rising following the bombings.

The Israeli army warned residents of the targeted suburb to leave the area, emphasizing that the buildings are linked to Hezbollah. In northern Israel, air raid alerts forced residents to take shelter, although no casualties or immediate damage have been reported.

Hezbollah leader, Naim Qassem, stated that the group will continue the fight against Israel, considering it an existential defense and promising to intensify attacks.
