The former typhoon Bualoi brought torrential rains and strong winds to central Vietnam, causing at least 12 deaths and significant damage. Roads were flooded, roofs torn off, and entire communities were devastated, leaving many areas isolated. The storm later transformed into a tropical depression in Laos, further affecting the region. Authorities have banned fishing boats from going out, and over 347,000 households have been left without electricity.
