In this context, President Trump stated that the U.S. is in negotiations to end the war in the Middle East, which has led to a global energy crisis. Washington sent Iran a 15-point plan for discussions, which could include the dismantling of the Iranian nuclear program and the cessation of support for allied groups. Pakistan has offered to host peace talks, while the Pentagon is preparing to send additional troops to the region, amplifying fears of escalating conflict.
