British police carried out a drugs operation in Blackpool, where a talking parrot was taught by a gang member to say drug dealer's slang. The discovery led to the conviction of 15 gang members, who received sentences totaling 103 years in prison. The gang's leader, Adam Garnett, ran the prison operation and evidence included phone calls with clips of the parrot repeating phrases related to selling drugs.
