On Saturday afternoon, a 23-year-old man stabbed several people in the center of Villach. A 14-year-old boy was killed and four other people were injured. The attacker, who has a residence permit for Austria, was arrested after a witness hit him with a car. Police initially searched for other suspects, but it was later determined that the attacker acted alone.
