The accident occurred on the A19 highway in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania when a bus carrying 53 passengers and two drivers overturned. The seriously injured passenger was trapped for two hours before being rescued. The cause of the crash is still unclear, and the highway was completely closed for emergency response, which included paramedics and helicopters. Traffic will not resume until further notice.
