Following his meeting with Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski and European leaders, Donald Trump announced that security guarantees for Ukraine will be provided by various European countries in cooperation with the US. Trump discussed the possibility of direct negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, and the Kremlin confirmed Putin's openness to talks. Zelensky emphasized that the details of the guarantees will be worked out in 10 days. Ukraine also plans to purchase $100 billion worth of US weapons as part of post-conflict security efforts.
