FAS announced that Gazprom cut sales of Ai-92 gasoline by 74% and Ai-95 by 50% between May 20 and June 27, during a period of high demand. The authority says the actions are unacceptable and suggest possible breaches of competition law. The Russian government is considering measures to control gasoline exports because of high domestic prices, and Gazprom, a big contributor to the budget, has recommended no dividend payments for 2024.
