On Tuesday, a rare Russian rocket attack in broad daylight killed 17 people and injured more than 200 in Dnipro, including 27 children. President Zelenski, who was in The Hague to request NATO support, condemned the attack, stressing Ukraine's need to defend itself. The attack damaged residential blocks and institutions, causing significant destruction. Russia has recently stepped up its air strikes, including on Kiev, where other deadly attacks have taken place.
