According to the State Emergency Service, three people were killed and at least 28 wounded, including four children, in Russian attacks in the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro on Wednesday night in eastern Ukraine

On Wednesday night, Dnipro was the scene of Russian attacks that killed three people, including a child and an elderly woman, and wounded at least 28 people, including four children. Mayor Borys Filatov reported that 15 buildings were damaged in the attack. The attacks come amid intensifying violence in Ukraine despite international mediation efforts to end the conflict.
