On Wednesday night, Dnipro was the scene of Russian attacks that killed three people, including a child and an elderly woman, and wounded at least 28 people, including four children. Mayor Borys Filatov reported that 15 buildings were damaged in the attack. The attacks come amid intensifying violence in Ukraine despite international mediation efforts to end the conflict.
