A UN convoy carrying humanitarian aid in the Kherson region, southern Ukraine, was the target of a deliberate attack by Russia in the village of Bilozerka, with four vehicles being targeted by drone and artillery fire, one set on fire and another severely damaged, but without casualties, announced the Ukrainian governor Oleksandr Prokhudin. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha condemned the attack as a brutal violation of international law and a sign of Moscow's contempt for civilian lives.
