Following Ukraine's drone attacks on Russian refineries, Russia is facing a fuel crisis, being forced to import gasoline and diesel from Belarus. Gasoline exports from Belarus to Russia quadrupled in September, reaching 49,000 tons, while diesel deliveries hit 33,000 tons. This situation arose after the attacks reduced Russia's refining capacity by 40%. Authorities have imposed restrictive measures, but supply issues persist, affecting gas stations and drivers.
