A group of Romanian thieves managed to paralyze 15 construction sites in Germany, stealing copper cables and causing significant damage. They sold the stolen goods both locally and in the Netherlands. The eight criminals were arrested and tried on charges of aggravated group theft. They also committed thefts in Switzerland.
