Hurezeanu emphasized that the Paris meeting is not a summit, but a small working group of heads of state. He mentioned that there is a possibility for Romania to participate in a second working group organized by President Macron. The minister said that the Baltic countries and the countries of south-eastern Europe would not be attending the meeting.
