The amendments were made after an investigation found that Lukoil Moldova, Bemol Retail, Datario, Petrom Moldova, Rompetrol Moldova and Tirex Petrol had agreed to coordinate their prices for the sale of petroleum products. OMV Petrom said it will contest the decision and that it strictly complies with competition law requirements.
