A Eurobarometer survey shows that 56% of Europeans support EU enlargement, with Sweden, Denmark, and Lithuania being the most favorable. Young people, in particular, show strong support, with 67% of those aged between 15 and 24 in favor.

Although the majority of citizens believe that enlargement will strengthen influence and the European market, there are also concerns related to immigration, corruption, and costs for taxpayers.
