Florida prosecutors are seeking the prescription drug records of Tiger Woods from a pharmacy, a week after he was arrested for driving under the influence. Attorneys from the 19th Judicial Circuit announced that they will issue a subpoena to obtain all prescription records from Lewis Pharmacy in Palm Beach, covering the period from the beginning of the year until the end of last month. They want information about the times the prescriptions were filled, the number of pills, dosages, and any associated instructions, including warnings related to driving vehicles. Woods, at the age of 50, pleaded not guilty to the charges of driving under the influence, after an arrest report mentioned that he had red eyes and dilated pupils. At the scene of the accident, Woods stated that he was looking at his mobile phone and changing the radio station when he hit a truck that was slowing down to turn. Although he blew zero in the Breathalyzer test, he refused a urine test. Woods announced that he will take a break to seek treatment and focus on his health. He was also arrested in 2017 for DUI and suffered serious injuries in 2021 in a car accident.
