Russian propagandists Pavel Zarubin and Ekaterina Andreeva have been included on the European Union's sanctions list, following their disinformation activities.

Zarubin, the author of the program "Moscow. Kremlin. Putin," is known for spreading anti-Ukrainian and anti-Western disinformation, having direct access to Vladimir Putin's agenda.

Andreeva, the presenter of the news program 'Vremea,' promotes pro-Russian propaganda and supports Russia's military aggression in Ukraine.

Alongside them, sports commentator Dmitri Guberniev, rapper Roman Ciumakov, and choreographer Serghei Polunin have also been sanctioned, accused of undermining democracy and security in the EU and Ukraine.

The sanctions include a ban on entering EU member states and the freezing of assets in European banks, according to the decision published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
