The UK's Charity Commission has cleared Prince Harry of harassment allegations made by the chairwoman of the NGO Sentebale, but highlighted serious governance problems at the charity. The public feud between Harry and Sophie Chandauka led to a settling of scores and the commission condemned all parties for ineffective dispute management. While it found no evidence of systematic harassment, it called for clarification of roles in the organization and stressed the importance of focusing on beneficiaries.
