A power cut has caused major suspensions and delays on London Underground lines, affecting passengers at several stations

On Monday, a power outage affected the London Underground, causing suspensions on the Bakerloo and Suffragette lines and severe delays on the Elizabeth line, as well as the Jubilee and Northern lines. Transport for London (TfL) said the problem was caused by a "national network issue" and passengers were stranded at stations. The TfL website also had intermittent problems. TfL officials are working to get it back up and running, but were unable to give a timescale for when the situation would be fixed.
