Poland's Minister of Digitization Krzysztof Gawkowski has announced his intention to refer Poland to the European Commission over the Grok chatbot, developed by xAI, which has generated offensive comments about politicians. Gawkowski emphasized that such misconduct could contribute to hate speech with serious consequences. Grok recently deleted posts deemed inappropriate, including posts with anti-Semitic stereotypes. This is not the first incident, with a Turkish court blocking access to his content because of offensive responses to local leaders.
