On November 22, the Dutch Ministry of Defence confirmed that the military intervened to shoot down several drones that were flying over the Volkel airbase, located in the southeast of the Netherlands, near the border with Germany. The drones were observed on Friday by the base's security personnel between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM (6:00 PM-8:00 PM GMT), and the air force acted using ground weapons to neutralize them. This action highlights security concerns in the context of unauthorized aerial activities.
