Benjamin Netanyahu's office published an AI video about the October 7 attack, made with Lego figurines

The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has published an artificial intelligence-generated video that recreates, using Lego figures, Hamas’s October 7, 2023 attack, the abduction of hostages and Israel’s main operations carried out afterward.

The material was shared on social media as three years since the attack were being commemorated. The attack left more than 1,200 people dead. The video, narrated in English, depicts Israelis captured by Hamas members, represented by Lego figures. The post surpassed 2.7 million views and carries the message: “Terrorism is not a game. Let us remember October 7.”

The Lego reconstruction also features a version of the Gaza Strip, with its tunnel network and Israeli air raids. The Israeli army is shown transporting humanitarian aid and providing medical assistance to Gaza residents. Benjamin Netanyahu is portrayed at the crisis center alongside military advisers.

“Le Figaro” notes that Iran has also used this form of communication. A Clemson University study identified 62 accounts associated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, whose videos published since February 2026 have amassed more than 145 million views and targeted Israel and the United States.
