Miyoko Hiroyasu, a 114-year-old woman from Nakatsu, Japan, has passed away, leaving the place of the country's oldest person to Shigeko Kagawa, who lives in Nara. Hiroyasu, born January 23, 1911, was an art teacher who taught calligraphy and drawing to children. She described the secret to her longevity as a healthy body and a desire to live freely. The mayor of Nakatsu expressed regret for her loss, emphasizing the positive impact she had on the community.
