Mexico has requested the repatriation of 14 citizens held at the Alligator Alcatraz detention center, a facility known for its harsh conditions. President Sheinbaum said steps are being taken for their immediate repatriation. Two brothers, Carlos and Alejandro, detained after a routine check, are being held in difficult conditions without access to natural light. The Mexican consul said they are in a 'legal limbo' due to lack of access to legal information.
