The Pentagon has been forced to re-upload a music video without music after Metallica challenged the unauthorized use of the song 'Enter Sandman', which was used to promote Donald Trump's executive order on drones. Representatives for the band confirmed the incident, emphasizing Metallica's history of enforcing copyrights and distancing themselves from military use of their music. The incident is part of a wider trend in which many artists, such as Elton John and Taylor Swift, oppose the use of their music in Trump's campaigns without permission.
